SOLITÉRA, s.r.o. Spišská Nová Ves – is an engineering and investment company, which since 1997 has been dedicated for more than 25 years to the construction of energy-saving and ecological units and zones, mainly in the field of housing. From 2022 onwards, we are dedicated to the preparation of future projects in our region.

The main objective of SOLITÉRA has always been and is maximum energy efficiency, ecology, and a comprehensive solution of buildings and territory, including the incorporation of greenery, water management, energy and an overall environmentally sustainable solution of the territory from the project plan onwards.
